For accounts with no transaction in the past 4 years, your account will be dormant due to the lack of activity.

You can now reactivate your account using MyInfo.

*Please note that this service does not update your address with CDP. If your current address in MyInfo differs from CDP's records, you will need to submit the CDP "Update of Particulars" form.
